Introducing: The Winter Arc Self-Improvement Guide ❄️
Do you want to make significant progress over the next few years and become the best version of yourself? This guide is for you. No need to wait for the New Year to start setting resolutions. Change can start now.
1. Plan For The Future:
Reflect on the past year. Consider both the positive and challenging experiences. Use this reflection to learn and avoid repeating past mistakes.
Identify areas for improvement. What aspects of your life need attention and growth?
Meticulously plan and set clear goals for the coming months. If your goal is to make x per month, outline the strategies you’ll use to achieve that.
2. Create a Morning Routine:
Begin each day with a clear purpose in mind.
Instead of checking your phone first thing in the morning, replace that habit with more positive alternatives.
Create a morning routine with activities that will help you in the long term e.g. completing assignments, exercising, setting meaningful goals.
3. Learn Something New:
Set aside time every week to learn new skills.
Take courses, gain work experience, or volunteer.
Don’t think learning is a waste. Your knowledge is your greatest asset.
4. Physical Health:
Find a form of exercise you enjoy. Customise your workout routine to one you will see progress in and enjoy doing.
Stay consistent with it. Include regular exercise in your week. It will do wonders for your physical and mental health.
Gym or home workouts (adapt based on your situation).
5. Practice Mindfulness:
Incorporate mindfulness practices into your daily life. Focus on being present through meditation, prayer, deep breathing. Don’t allow your mind to wander.
Keep a journal to monitor your progress and express your thoughts and feelings.
Go even further and gratitude journal. Take a moment to appreciate the positive aspects of your life. This will increase your baseline happiness.
6. RESET DAYS:
Have a weekly reset day.
Tidy up your space or take care of tasks over the weekend so you don’t need to spend time doing them on the weekdays. This includes personal grooming or cleaning your room so you can go through Monday to Friday more efficiently.
This will improve your mental clarity and productivity.
7. Connect With Others:
Take the time to understand the people in your life better. Listen to them, become closer, and cherish the time you have together.
Plan regular time for social activities to strengthen your bond and create lasting memories.
Meaningful relationships = fulfilment in life
8. Reading:
Start reading books every day if you don’t already. Try to read at least 5 pages each day.
Practice reading out loud. It will make you better at speaking and help you feel more confident when you talk.
“But Ace, what’s the point?”. Becoming a proficient speaker is a key that can unlock doors in your education, career, and relationships. It will take you far in life.
9. Digital Detox:
Limit your screen time and take breaks from technology.
Use this time instead to do things in the real world and connect with what’s around you.
In other words, touch grass.
10. Sleep Habits:
Have a consistent sleep schedule
Make sure you’re getting enough + quality sleep
If you’re struggling with sleep, you will struggle to follow through with everything else
I’ve already made a video on this, which you can find on my Patreon along with other guides. Patreon is also where I do 1-1s.
This is what 6 days of the 1-1 service did for him. I have many more testimonials like this. I only work with a few people at a time to make sure they get the support they need. If you’re interested, keep an eye out for the next few emails where I’ll share the link to my Patreon.
P.S. I also made a FREE habit tracker for you:
